Beeline is the primary way we interact with several of our talent partners. It provides a streamlined way to share requirements, receive resumes, and screen/onboard talent.

This is by far the candidate management tool. My productivity and efficiency increased to 50% because of this tool. It allowed me to manage my data easier with the help of reports and dashboards. I will not know what to do if I don't have this product.

Field Nation does a great job of taking care of us as a customer. We can get the techs anywhere, but it is the internal team at Field Nation that makes our experience that much better.

When working with a VMS or MSP I must say PRO is one of the best to use. You are able to manage multiple clients within the same portal, very user-friendly, able to go to one location for all recruitment needs, management needs, sales and accounting needs. It helps organize recruitment needs and make sure that candidates are within budget. With this program, I do not have to worry about aging reports or outstanding invoices.

MBO deserves a higher rating due to its customer service. The platform as a whole is slightly clunky and could feature a more sleek design that is more convenient for users.

I use IQNavigator with a partner for contingency labor and it's not a user friendly tool. The UI/UX is outdated and the layout of the tool is not pleasing or easy to use. It's also challenging to export job descriptions when new requirements come through the system. You need to copy, paste and reformat if you want to send it along to others. Overall the process of using IQN isn't very good.
