We are very satisfied with our partnership with Livingstone, which has been ongoing for over 10 years. Livingstone provides us with services related to creating license positions for approximately 30 of our largest vendors, identified based on annual software spend. It is worth noting that implementing the service did not require any additional investment in dedicated tools. the process utilizes data from our existing tools, which are then analyzed by Livingstone. The ELP reports provided by Livingstone are of the highest quality. The provider focuses not only on identifying potential licensing risks but also on generating cost savings.

I have been using Insight Software Asset Management Managed Services for past 5-6 year years they never disappoint me with any purchases. Their account reps are great and responsive, if you don't find any products/licenses they will work to get them to the portal. I was also involved during their onboarding as a reseller. The setup with them was very simple and straightforward. Compared to other products that I have used so far, I like them the most due to the response time.

Accenture has been the driving force behind the SAM program ROI. Internally our SAM program returns $X for every $X invested in the program. While we have good visibility into deployments with our technical deployment tools, Accenture has been the glue that brings together all the entitlements, the allocations from acquisitions, and deployment data to optimize across our entire landscape. Without their managed service, we would not be able to achieve the ROI alone. All told, the entire program spends a total of 1.5% of annual software spend split 50/50 between tech tools and the managed service. In addition, they provide contract services, help desk services, and have begun provided cloud consumption analysis in 2023.
