Overall Comment:"While the interface of Felix is very eye-catching and appealing, I feel like quite a bit of the reporting is the same thing just stated slightly differently. Ease of use is spotty at times; I feel like it's hard to truly action off of some of the metrics that are being provided. "
Support staff for our account is insightful and I do enjoy the tool itself for the most part. As stated in my previous comment, the user interface makes it enjoyable to use however there are some drawbacks.
The time horizon for future implementations and further integrations is alarmingly long. I've often found issues within the metrics and the platform before the tech team is even aware of the issue. Deployment updates for mitigating those errors within the metrics have a longer turnaround time than what would be desirable. Another issue I have is within the export of Carrier Scorecards. The export looks elementary as it pulls the scorecard data and then leaves a blank space on the PDF. The inclusion of Questions/Comments at the bottom of the export should be removed as well.
