Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.

We have a fleet but when we sell our brokerage service customer do not want to see a fall off when it comes to the same tracking a fleet provides. By deploying Macropoint this helps bridge the divide between a fleet driver and a brokered driver.

The ability to setup & start tracking orders to update our customers and our employees.

If we manually have to update an order/driver not tracking or won't accept I would like to update with the in/out times. Currently if a driver calls in when we update the order it shows up real time, not with the actual reported times.

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

Really explain the idea of Partner carriers and explain the process. Tracking through Telematics is a easier sell than getting a drivers phone number.
