Sophus is one of the best network planning tools available, being efficient, simple and easy to use. Sophus offers a wide range of functions, including network optimization, transportation optimization, inventory optimization, and much more. Through the built-in data import function, or linking to external databases, we can easily manage all the required model data. After setting model objectives and parameters, Sophus can quickly output the optimal solution. In addition, its customer service team provides considerable assistance in software deployment and operation. Their support team can always respond to software usage issues whenever needed. Some training sessions are also scheduled to help us get familiar with the newly updated features. All in all, Sophus stands out from the rest of the pack with its all-in-one versatility, ease of use, and responsive customer team.

The FICO team is totally fantastic to work with. They support and guide us in any issue we encounter (rare) in a very timely manner providing dedicated point of contacts in the respective dev teams that support the specific package application.

This review pertains to Coupa's Supply Chain Modeler (ex-Llamasoft) solution. This capability is a must have in our organization as we continuously are able to answer strategic business questions around network design & transport optimization.
