Overall Comment:"Factory scheduling could be bought in different version , client-server or web. Client-server version has a good usability but some function are missing in this version. Web version has some addictional functions, for example equipment scheduling, but the usability is not so good. The product has many function to manage scheduling for example split management, good receipt simulation and also different possibility to customzing the scheduling algorithms but need a expert consultant to be updated."

My advice is to looking for a consultant company with dedicated team to Factory scheduling and measure the team experience in similar projects.
