1. Connection with customer POS or Inventory data - data translation support and automation is great. 2. Demand Sensing provides significant improvement to accuracy. 3. Close working relationship with support team. 4. Quarterly upgrade release cycle is predictable, it contains relevant improvements e.g. 5. Vision for using ML/AI on levels of SC Planning is impressive. 6. Scalability - ability to handle the size and complexity of our businesses 7. Project team's ability and willingness to create customer specific solutions

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

1. Strategic partnership is missing on relevant supply chain issues e.g. how to handle sustained supply chain disruptions 2. Knowledge management needs improvement 3. Upgrades take too long and seems very complex with too many steps 4. The predictive algorithms do not provide drivers for the change - that makes it harder for business clients to accept the generated forecast.

Short term forecast was driving too many last minute product movements and service risks. Historical demand signals are not any more sufficient to generate a relevant forecast. Need for planning efficiencies.
