Invest product is among best in class in UK. Consultancy team are talented, knowledgeable and very good at stakeholder engagement. We have had issues with data management and other integration between Invest and our other Business Systems (which are primarily SAP).

Team is easy to work with. They have a can do attitude to get things done, they want things to go fast and right. For a slightly larger company, they may have some limitations in supporting a company like a larger company can, but we have been impressed by their ability to get things right.

I was able to use IRI planner during sometime and i have to say i was able to balance certain aspects of my previous functions during a retailer job I was doing since it allowed me to plan ahead for future events with the calendar although I must say that the analyzer may need some work as the simulations are not as adaptable for a plan and sometimes the planner shows delays when analyzing data.

SAP TPM has come a long way in the last 4-5 years and is now considered as a market leading solution for trade management and consumption based planning. Constant refinement and feature updates are keeping the offerings very competitive. There are some challenges with the product but SAP's strong support in providing bug fixes and solutions are a great help for our implementation

The response on service management and support has not been effective and it sometimes challenging to get the right contacts.

IRI has a tough time getting models done on time with any level of analysis. Deployment was delayed 6 months due to inability to deliver credible models. Overpromised and Underdelivered
