Voice services have been consistent and of high quality. Integration with MS Teams works as advertised. Our employees have adapted quickly and well to the change in phone systems and there is a growing appreciation for the new features. The Vonage user trainings were helpful in combination with IT putting out customized information to address company needs. Also appreciate the flexibility of use through Teams and/or the Vonage App. Administration through the console is intuitive and easy to use. The onboarding process went very well, and the support has been tremendous from the start. We work with a customer success manager which I believe helps get our support needs met quicker.

We subscribed to TATA service before COVID-19 and continued with the service during /post COVID period. It was a remarkable journey and how TATA transformed the GSIP Telephony service into Teams Direct routing, followed by Operator connector in conjunction with the rapidly changing collaboration environment. Kudos to TATA for their technical competence and offering customer solutions (delivery) in a quicker manner. Our organization was able to successfully implement the solution and maintain the same.

The "classound" solution for the phone call is economic and very quick to implement and deploy. very interesting the hardware rent that provide a full risk assurance on all the rented device. Unified communications from Verizon was used by us in the past when integrating Verizon mobile for our business, as we were already spending money with Verizon, and we were in need of their additional services at the time, we briefly used the suite which included Blue Jeans. However as time went by and integration of unified tools became our workflow, we no longer had a need for the additional services. Nevertheless we had a great experience.
