The whole process from the demo, to evaluation, to purchasing and to initial setup has been a smooth, easy and overall exceptional experience. The support staff has been amazing in assisting with any and all questions and/or concerns that we have had while setting up and configuring our Endpoint Central server and the onboarding process. On top of all of the great support and assistance that we have had so far we also are getting an in person visit from one of their onboarding specialists to go over our entire setup and help with any final configurations that we need. In today's world it is rare that you get that personalized of support and see a live person show up. I would highly recommend the Manage Engine to anyone looking into their UEM software platform.

In my current organization,we use ConnectWise Automate for automating server tasks such as windows patching,server monitoring and alerting, and managing our server inventory, over the past two years . i have gained some experience with this product as i have been working with it this product allows you to generate custom reports on patching uptime and resource utilizations for your servers. it features agent-based tools and supports remote control of your servers using ConnectWise screenconnect.overall . it has been a good experience with regular tasks. However their support is quite poor if any concern arise the only option available in connectwise is chat which can take a long time for resolution for ConnectWise screenconnect there is regular downtime from 3:00 to 3:30 pm ist i have raised this concern many times but they respond by saying they have to restart some maintenance servers which only lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes however this downtime significantly impacts our operational workload.

SOTI Mobi control proved to be a great solution to maintain our mobile devices. We have had a great experience right from the beginning. All the way from the discovery calls, discovery demos, and implementation.
