Overall the team is doing good. There is a lot of turn over and everytime there is a junior resource which is a challenge. But delivery is solid.

An implementer that had some experienced, capable team members, and some new to this type of work. Rework of several of the original deployment items was necessary. Several change orders requested by vendor due to contract disagreements about scope and responsibility.

Overall experience was frustrating. PwC struggled to build a planning module, having hard time to understand the requirements.
