Microsoft Teams is a great product! For businesses utilizing Microsoft 365 it it integrates really well with office apps like Word, Powerpoint etc., and of course Outlook. What's worked well is that it's a unified platform that offers chat, video and calls all in one place. Without the need to shift screens or apps and enhance productivity. Conversations are organized by channels and teams. Teams also support large meetings/webinars and advanced meeting features such as out of the box live captions, background blur, noise cancellation, recording. The list goes on! A couple of improvements our usage has revealed is that certain lower end endpoints (laptops/workstations) struggle with minimum memory configurations. That is, the app is rather memory intensive. It could also be done with expanded offline mode connectivity such as access to chats, files, meeting schedules, etc.

Slack is way more customizable in look, orgnization, and collaborative tools.

Google Chat serves as the backbone for the quickest and most efficient method of communication for our faculty and staff. We rely on Google Chat for informal and quick collaboration and distribution of information. The only small downside is that it is a bit more tedious to search through chats when the thread extends past a few messages. Overall, Google Chat is an exceptional tool for facilitating communication.

Webex Suite is an extraordinary collaboration tool. My overall experience with the Webex suite has been great.

I have been using this software for 2.5 years and found it compelling software for an organization's internal operations, and efficient team building. An organization benefits from using this software such as enhanced communication, streamlined collaboration, increased productivity, and overall revenue growth. The effectiveness of the Workplace is very high because employees find this software easy to use for communication without any interruptions. The overall experience with this software is very good and extremely satisfactory.

My overall experience experience with the product was really positive. I already worked with tools like Slack so my onboarding was really smooth. The product was really helpful because we used to use Discord as our communication service, so the transition helped us better communicate and have better tracking.

Symphony offers versatile accessibility through iOS or even android. It excels as a valuable resource for engaging with multiple individuals across various chat rooms. While some features like audio calls are missing, there is room for enhancement in the user interface. Overall a useful product.

Yac has decreased our team fatigue and burning out. It has reduced our screen time because now we are able to contact our team mates with voice messages. It helps our IT team in recording screen to make tutorial for training classes. We are able to save our team by using Yac for daily use things. During the high work load, by using Yac screen recording some team members skip the tutorial classes so that they can focus more on work.
