MS-Teams is very much user friendly application, I can install in almost any mobile device and OTG attend the meeting without any issues. The are plenty of IO options and apps which you can integrate with MS-Teams. I have been using MS-Teams nearly 3 years and compared to the previous communication app this is way better and improved user experience.

I've been using Slack for about 2 years now and one of the biggest benefit for me would be that it keeps all communications in perpetuity unless overridden by the admin. Slack has a lot of functionality, and the areas where it lacks, it offers a ton of app integration options.

Google Chat is a nifty tool that has expanded the capabilities of Gmail for more instant communication between employees. I enjoy how well integrated it is with other Google Suite products (e.g., Google Meet, Drive, etc.) and how I can create chat groups for specific tasks/projects/teams.

It even works great over low internet speed as compared to other available products in the market. Reduces disruptions with background noise removal and voice enhancement

My overall experience experience with the product was really positive. I already worked with tools like Slack so my onboarding was really smooth. The product was really helpful because we used to use Discord as our communication service, so the transition helped us better communicate and have better tracking.

Symphony offers versatile accessibility through iOS or even android. It excels as a valuable resource for engaging with multiple individuals across various chat rooms. While some features like audio calls are missing, there is room for enhancement in the user interface. Overall a useful product.

Yac has decreased our team fatigue and burning out. It has reduced our screen time because now we are able to contact our team mates with voice messages. It helps our IT team in recording screen to make tutorial for training classes. We are able to save our team by using Yac for daily use things. During the high work load, by using Yac screen recording some team members skip the tutorial classes so that they can focus more on work.
