C3 Yard is the pivotal system to the efficiency, visibility, and controls for the trailers in the yard and at the dock doors, as well as the product within those trailers.

Yardview is easy to work with. I manage 2 yard locations for Sonoco, and Yardview support is awesome to work with in both locations. Company rep jumps on any issues or questions I call about, and finds a solution quickly. When he is unavailable, the other person steps in and gets things done as well.

In my opinion, the process of working with the suppplier goes very well, there is no problem with assistance in case of problems or need to clarify issues. Frequent updates ensure that we need the features we are missing. The system has made a huge difference to our warehouse, thanks to which we have a structured schedule of warehouse operations and have eliminated the problem of quening cars.

The product is reliant on hardware in the form of iOT kits, tablets, and RFID tags that have opportunities for improvement. The FourKites team continues to innovate and is very receptive to feedback with a strong desire resolve areas of opportunity.

The overall solution is pretty good. The deployment required some changes in the as-is processes. More local (country level) support would be appreciated.

YardTrac is a solid system, and Exotrac is willing to customize for you at a reasonable rate. Have been working with their development group for 3 years and have been happy so far.

Reply YMS functionalities as of today allow any company to get access to standard yard management capabilities such as gatehouse management, yard optimization, dock scheduling (inbound & outbound – available also as a standalone module), and hostler work assignment. In addition, Reply Logistics provides also a appointment scheduling platform that can be deployed as a stand-alone module. Integration took place through a two-stage model: 1) template development and 2) roll-out phase. The overall deployment was quite smooth, although it took slightly longer than expected due to integration with other legacy systems.
