Accenture's testing services in our experience was good, though that might depend on the people you're interacting with, and the teams, Whenever there was an issue reported, it was acknowledged within a defined SLA. The testing team were required to keep the team distribution list mentioned in their signatures which would allow the users to escalate them through the DL. On the testing side, Accenture had their propriety accelerator suites which was a combination of manualautomated testing suite.

Flexibility for quick changes in testing scope can sometimes feel limited.

The most important thing I disagree with them is the time they took for the complete End to end testting.

Some people in the team could have managed situations better by communicating the current status and expected timeline to get back. This was observed in issues reported directly to team without any traceability, and such informal communications were a cultural thing.

I was able to experience Accenture's testing services in a previous employment. They were testing all changes/upgrades/releases related to an ERP. We were the implementation partner for an RPA solution which used the ERP product Accenture was testing. They have tie ups with all major testing OEM organisations and are open to try out new innovations. If required and the correct people have the right attention, they do not refrain from leveraging their global talent pool to reach to the desired results.
