Accuknox offers a fairly broad set of capabilities under one roof like CSPM, KSPM, CWPP, ASPM, KIEM etc. all within the same platform, As an administrator having one console to oversee made life easier than managing a dozen tool point tools. One of the standout points was their emphasis on runtime protection (i.e. what's actually happening in containers/kubernetes/VM) not just misconfiguration scanning, this helped especially with our DevOps team.

AccuKnox provides runtime protection and not just detections in misconfigurations, via technologies like eBPF/LSM and real time blocking of anomalies. The platform includes templates and continous monitoring for many frameworks like HIPAA, SOC2, PCI-DSS, NIST etc. this helps justify the investment as you are not just looking at security but also at compliance and audit governance. Accuknox has its roots in the CNCF project Kubearmor and uses open source tech, this gives more confidence around transparency and avoids vendor lock-in.

I appreciate the tool KSPM capabilities, as they provide clear and actionable visibility into the security posture of the cluster. It effectively identifies potential security loopholes, misconfigurations and risky settings across Kubernetes component.

what I like the most about their product is that it's an integrated end to end security platform built on the Zero Trust architecture. It has best in class security especially for kubernates. The AI powered automation features are also strong and beneficiary. Their service in terms of the consulting, managed service etc. are also top notch to take care of everything you need. Working with them was easy when it came to deployment support, configuration/customization needs and also strategy/design needs.

While the platform is capable there is a learning curve, especially if the deployment team is not familiar with K8's, containers, runtime behaviour analysis, eBPF etc. While Accuknox claims to minimize noise via behavioural context, we still found that initial deployment required fine tuning of policies and onboarding into workflows. For our organization we needed integration with SIEM, SOAR, Ticketing system, DevOps pipelines, the integration though eventually successful took a longer time than expected, these points need to be considered while evaluating the solution.

Although tool performs well but i have noticed that AI driven features occasionally take longer than expected to load or display the details. This delay can interrupt the workflow, when rapid analysis is required.

There's not much, but if I had to pick , for products their UI can be complex sometimes if you're not fully using all the features and functionalities, so some easier/smaller navigation to get to your tasks quick would be helpful. Their service is rather excellent and not have any much dislike, Even if you run into a consultant who is not well versed, their customer support team will sort it out in time. so not too much of a problem there.
