I personally like their products and also, they do have their in-house solutions for AL & ML with great accuracy also when we onboard this solution the journey is too smooth as all things are planned in an accurate manner and execution is also smooth. Acuvate provides a strong product with good service and support.
Not much issues faced so far
1) Product being expensive 2)Sourcing 3) Skillfullness
Despite many good features and services, I feel it has limitations if we want to customize our reports so its lagging in that but its still, I will say a good competitive product in the Analytics space.
