Their sales force practice is quite developed, and they are also capable of bringing in not only competent programmers and technical staff, but also highly strategically staff who collaborate with our corporate designers and application developers to develop strategies and guidelines. In order to take advantage of new technologies, we consult Agile, who travels and trains or hires personnel in such fields. Overall, the service has been good, and answers to a few of the technology problems we confront have always been a priority. The project leaders on their team are among the most effective I've ever dealt with, and they're almost always able to restructure proposals to meet unexpected and pressing business needs.
The best part about Agility CMS is that it does not requires any upgrades, meaning it just have one version all the time and hence with every new feature, there is no need for updating/upgrading the system software.
I have been so happy with Agile as a CMS. It is so easy to update our pages quickly and without any error or downtime. The best part is that training was so user friendly we had our associate brand managers up and running in just a few days with confidence in their ability to update our pages. The scalability is the best part. We brought in Agile for just our industry (consumer electronics) first, but it worked so well and we were able to cut down time spent updating at such a high level we then rolled out to another industry (medical devices) easily and within 3 months including training.
Costs at Agile are high. When possible, they use cheaper resources to try to balance costs, but ultimately, their cost implies that we typically only use it on our most important technology initiatives. Additionally, and this is fairly commonplace for all businesses in this sector, Agile employees take some time to understand the subtleties of different business lines. It would be better if we could use sales force tech to get additional MLJ-specific topics.
There are other solutions available which are too at par!
The initial support was lacking but that may have been our side. I do not believe we were reaching out to the correct point of contact which led to slow down in assitance

Agile is on its way to make the name in marketplace
To better fit with shifting client expectations, they might make their supply life cycle extra agile. Any opportunities for improvement, in my opinion, were more internally rather than with the service supplier and how they delivered the service.
