The goal of a desired state and uniformity across the environment was what got us started with Aiden, the ability to have basically all of our applications available for install from the AidenBot has helped with one off installs and re-installs and reduced the amount of time we were spending manually performing these tasks.

At this time I have no real dislikes in regards to the product or services. If anything it would be on our side that we don't currently use the solution to its full capabilities.
