Stability and reliability - the platform has proven to be very stable in production . Even under high load from many IoT devices, we have not experienced significant downtime or performance degradation. Performance and scalability - handles large volumes of traffic efficiently and allows us to scale our services Visibility and monitoring - the solution provides good visibility into traffic, sessions and system performance Ease of configuration - management interface is intuitive
the easy to use GUI, the feature and the support are great with respect to the product.
The things I like: 1) Support is very easily accessible - support portal and experts available have solved some really hard crashing issues. 2) Product is easily understandable - UI/UX is streamlined, flowing from one section to other. Settings almost self-explanatory or context-implied. 3) Resiliency is quite impressive. If I didn't apply regular updates, the system would be working always on, non-stop and without issues.
User interface While it is functional and provides the necessary controls, some parts of the interface feel a bit outdated compared to more modern platforms. Documentation could also be more detailed in certain advanced config scenarios
the product need to have more scalability towards implementation of SSL and cybersecurity mechanism.
The things that I dislike in this solution: Not all settings are available from GUI. Defined objects do not have a reference list, to see where it is used. GUI seems a bit dated.
