Without a doubt the product works well and fulfill its purpose. But we had a series of problems and we realized that the resolution and fixes they make are not clear, so we can never understand what the problem was and we have no tools to recognize something similar in the future. It's too much "black box", we don't know how the tool work and interact with our application.
