We like the versatility of the product that allows us to add features and do needed customization for our ever changing needs.
Industry leader in terms of features and enhancements. A vendor that truly listens to the customer base, although those top 3-5 agencies with the most licenses certainly have Applied's ear and drive development.
We would like the product to improve on its Farm and Agricultural support and integration. There are some lacking features in this area that could really be improved on.
The push to a browser-based solution before it's able to match the thin client in terms of features and speed has been disappointing. Communication of the long-term vision of how a browser solution is superior to the thin client has been poorly executed. Such communication would go a long way in easing customer anxiety.
