Good overview of key risks and key controls to monitor the risk profile. It's nice to have different levels of the company to assess. I like the business impact assessment on products.

Overview of the different risks and controls. Different levels of the company for specific assessments. User friendly interface and good to work with different iam roles

It is easy to link upstream and downstream apps

With Archer, linking apps is very easy. Archer has been around a long time making them the standard in this market.

Look and feel is outdated. Navigating through the different items can be a quest. Reporting is a bit difficult with self made reports and filters.

It does not showcase user friendliness, and you will need to click a few times more to get where you want to go

The end user experience is not clear and can cause the user to make mistakes. The UX needs to be upgraded.
