Scale estimation and Geometrical features improved. 4. People tracking and 3D tracks and detects a person eve if they are partially in and out of the screen. 5. Fast stable motion tracking. 6. Ambient lighting estimation. 7. Location anchors updated. 8. Delivers good value for the price. 9.Great sync between hardware and software. 10. Implementation is very understandable and user friendly.
The integration with iOS platforms is really easy and just works. There documentation is great as well and you have easy ways to play/test it out in their development tools.

1. Honestly quiet power consuming while capturing videos 2. Limited only to iOS 3. At times it can get laggy. 4. Increased app size which is a drawback.
Being limited to Apple devices can be a down factor but this also applies to other Apple SDKs. The documentation is great but I feel that it lacks a little bit of examples. Other than that, it just fits the purpose.

The AR kit you should try if you're into iOS development
As a mobile architectures teacher, I've use iOS AR Kit to show my students how they could built/use AR in their native iOS applications. The AR kit experience itself is great with enough features to make it an reliable option, however, can be a bit steep to learn, specially if you're new into the SDK and just getting started with iOS development.
