Me and my team use this tool daily. After several years of using it, it is now part of our daily activities for master data management. The reporting tool named Query, is great for data extraction from tables.
Once configured, the product was easy to use and disseminate with minimal training.
Easy to create and update solutions.
When working under a Citrix environment, sometimes an error occur that corrupts the scripts.
The initial configuration was not always compatible with our SAP instance and required troubleshooting to resolve authorization conflicts.
Limited documentation. Support does a pretty good job but would prefer to have better access to training materials.

Great product but needs more stability
Great product that has significantly reduced data entry resource requirements. Relatively easy to use and creating scripts does not take a lot of experience. We have also started to develop forms and workflows to improve the accuracy of our data entry process. It is a powerful tool. The one downside to the product is multiple upgrades with little to no backwards compatibility. Issues have been encountered where we needed to update the desktop software but could not without also updating the server software at the same time. Great on managing master data- once they understand what you need.
We are happy with what we own and use now, but it took a long time to get us there. Wished the consultants would have given us more direction, instead of repeating what all is possible. We stated some clear requirements, but they tried to convince us that we could do much more. Yes, we can, but not in the timeline we tried to stick to.
