Amazon Web Services (AWS), established in 2006, is focused on providing essential infrastructure services to businesses globally in the form of cloud computing. The key advantage offered through cloud computing, particularly via AWS, is its capacity to shift fixed infrastructure expenses into flexible costs. Businesses have been able to forgo extensive planning and procurement of servers and other Information Technology (IT) resources, owing to AWS. AWS seeks to provide businesses with prompt and cost-effective access to resources using Amazon's expertise and economies of scale, as and when their business requires. Currently, AWS offers a robust, scalable, economic infrastructure platform on the cloud powering an extensive array of businesses worldwide. It operates across numerous industries with data center locations in various parts of the globe including U.S., Europe, Singapore, and Japan.

AWS Network Firewall has been a good interim solution allowing for rapid implementation and cost allocation/transparency.
I like the deep integration with VPC and the way it provides fine control over inbound and outbound traffic. It scales without any manual intervention.
I like that AWS Network Firewall offers robust protection for cloud networks and that the rules can be configured flexibly. It's also very well integrated with other AWS services, making it easier to manage security across your environment.
AWS Network Firewall rulesets are somewhat frustrating to develop and manage, and the service is limited in features compared to enterprise firewall solutions.
Policy design is hard to manage as rule groups grow. Troubleshooting blocked traffic can take time. logging and visibility requires extra configuration
What I dislike about AWS Network Firewall is that it can be difficult to tune specific rules. However, adding a lot of protections will naturally raise the cost. It becomes not so friendly in smaller projects.
