1) The cost was high, as they were able to bring good experienced staff, but to expedite it, the team they had was bigger than we expected. 2) The speed they ran the program was good, but also meant lot of water cooler discussions would happen at the HQ with CIO and CFO - which left some of the project leads out of the loop 3) Signing of the contract was a bit difficult and lengthy. Which delayed the kick-off.
Some time integration with existing process can entangled the flow.
