The identification network that Wunderkind has created is really powerful in generating additional leads for our email team. Unfortunately, the identification rate that we saw 2 years ago has decreased substantially. At this point we are evaluating whether the price of the platform is still worth it or not.

Lack of being able to deploy things ourselves - we could be making updates faster.

Privacy updates have really made Wunderkind's business much more difficult. Our identification rate is half what is was two years ago, so the value generated by this tool is much lower than it was. It is an expensive platform so we are analyzing whether it is still worth the investment or not.
