Their flexibility in deployment and setup, and the capability of their platform to meet our needs in providing a longitudinal record that provides value to our academic work. No matter what system, they have been able to provide qualified experts seamlessly to perform the archive.
BytePad is exceptionally good at preserving our large amount of health information safely. It is useful for compliance because all the patient information is easily available for audits and getting data is easy for those who are authorized to access it.
Staff from this vendor will do whatever it takes to get the job done and done correctly. It starts with the CEO and the teams we work directly with. The product is very easy to use and the user base raves about it.
Our principal concern with Interscripts was the relative age of the company compared to its peers; however, they have outperformed those peers. We would prefer to totally outsource our solution, not something that we are able to do at the moment but are working towards that goal. The solution does have the capability to edit, such as tail end billing and other specialties, however those are separate modules that must be purchased.
BytePad does not offer a wide range of data mining and the creation of meaningful reports features. This limitation hinders us in trying to extract beneficial patterns and trends from the large amounts of data that we have in the healthcare sector.
The time estimates for the project could be much better. The speed of loading the information needs to be increased. There is not a lot of documentation.
