Great product with lots of coverage across all systems, but has some pain points with certain applications.

Carbon Black is an incredible app whitelisting/blacklisting product, but it can be difficult to maintain all of the lists you need to block what you want, allow what you want and also keep these as short as possible across a larger sized organization. But we spend a ton of time on whitelisting and working with users, very time consuming, and it only catches files, not things in memory.
