One of the biggest strengths is how it centralises marketplace management in one place. Being able to manage listings, product data, and feeds across multiple partners without having to do everything individually saves a lot of time. The automation around feed management and updates is also really helpful, especially for large catalogues (which we have). It also seems to scale well as the business grows, and having reporting and performance data alongside the operational tools adds useful visibility.
Managing multiple warehouses, several marketplaces and configuring automated price rules. Feature like filtering makes it very user friendly. Quick look for product performance across all marketplaces. Listing page information at one centralized location.
Comprehensive marketplace management and centralized control
The interface can feel VERY dated and not especially intuative, particularly for newer users. There's also a bit of a learning curve, and it can take time to really understand how feeds, rules and mappings all work together. Making changes isn't always as straightforward as you'd hope, and it can sometimes feel like you need specialist knowledge to get the most out of it. Support and setup can also feel quite process-heavy at times.
Lack of support on weekends. It takes some time to get perfect hand on as it has multiple capabilities. Expensive, room to improve their business model.
Interface can feel complex and requires onboarding time
