Chargepoint has great customer support. They are very responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that may arise. The company is also compatible with a wide range of electric vehicles, offering both fast charging and standard options to accommodate your needs. The accessibility of ChargePoint stations was another selling point for us. The network's widespread coverage ensures that our customer base can find charging station when needed.

Charging prices can vary across stations as they're set by the station owners, in busier locations charging hardware can malfunction or require maintenance, ChargePoint home chargers are costly compared to some competitors
The overall price is something to think about when selecting this product. We recently put a survey out to our customers. We found out from our users that it is more expensive compared to others. Another dislike of the product/service is the availability, the stations could be occupied leading to inconvenience for EV drivers. Although the ChargePoints stations are very reliable, there may be occasional issues or instances of stations being out of service, which can cause a big issue for drivers.
