Overall implementation was spotty at best. The implementation team was supposedly the 'A team' but when we constantly were running into issues and delays and over expenditures beyond the original scope of work its hard to believe that these were the best of the best. CRD consultants were rude and combative.

Great product and implementation contact were a knowledgeable and great partner. They were not great on the handoff from implementation to production. Seems like the implementation specialist did not transfer knowledge of current set up.

Not sure if we really had the A team. They did what they needed to do, but didn't always "lead." Rather than pushing us to use the product out-of-the box, they allowed (enabled?) us to customize their product.
