Product itself is great, but the implementation left a lot to be desired
Overall implementation was spotty at best. The implementation team was supposedly the 'A team' but when we constantly were running into issues and delays and over expenditures beyond the original scope of work its hard to believe that these were the best of the best. Chaotic implementation
Not sure if we really had the A team. They did what they needed to do, but didn't always "lead." Rather than pushing us to use the product out-of-the box, they allowed (enabled?) us to customize their product.
