The capabilities of this product to offer enhanced security features in the form of insight/protection from zero-day attacks and the ability to sanitize threats/suspicious actions from our endpoints. It is a comprehensive security product built with security in its design while maintaining absolute feature functionality.
Solution is easy to install & integrate. Check Point consolidated management makes it easy to just setup the device and integrate it into your existing security policies. Managing both your firewalls and malware sandbox from a single UI as well as integrating a firewalls connections with a 0-day malware sandbox is very important and this solution does what its expected very well.
It's blocks malware and advanced threats quickly, gives clear alerts, and keeps the network safe. It works reliably and helps monitor everything without slowing down the systems.
Nothing to note, although the PoC and implementation phases were more massive than we expected. Lots of features are enabled outside of the box, so having a specific direction and/or idea of how/where to apply the necessary features is paramount.
There is no user interface, but its charged more than its competitors. A graphical interface is a must for a solution, SOC teams do manual uploads / changes / watch malware detonation, this solution is not for SOC / threat analytics / malware analysis. Price is high as I mentioned, it should be half of its competitors due to lack of simple features False positives require changes on firewall side since its an integration. Critical changes require deployment on the firewall side and may not be done during the day. As there is no graphical interface and its nearly year 2025, not every customer should of about command line interfaces. ICAP integration and pricing is awful. You need to pay more if you are going to integrate with a 3rd party solution, i dont approve this and this is greatly wrong. I already paid for it, why should I pay if I want to integrate with a 3rd party ICAP sender.
Nothing as of now, everything is working fine.
