Most flexible data product that I've used. I can extent it to a variety of use cases in my role.
The product has a nice interface, an easy way to create tables, queries, connections, etc. The basic features of the platform are very intuitive, and easy to work with. Full featured data platform that includes granular data security and controls, revision history, and instant apis based on your queries. It can even be used as a low code backend.
The interface, flexibility, and ease of use of the product is superb. Being able to view and explore data as a network representation of related domains and facts brings data accessibility to an entirely new level. Support of citizen developers and business users acting as their own data developers is supported by Cinchy in a unique way. The cloud-based platform is based on the latest DevOps deployment and support principles.
It is a new methodology to achieve a business outcome without necessarily using the traditional approaches. If not about the product but sometimes its hard to unlearn the traditional ways of solving a problem.
Getting into advanced areas of the application can become a little difficult without consulting with cinchy or their support team. The documentation on more advanced features is lacking.
Cinchy the company is making huge strides in support, training, and documentation as they move past the phase of an initial start-up into a solid and mature offering. This is fixing several deficiencies that hamper initial implementation.
