It's a pretty simple solution. It's quite easy to set up with the Breakthrough team. Unlike others, you can own your data, hold it where you want it and do what you want with it unlike others. The Breakthrough team is very knowledgeable on how to get value based on their other customer experiences.
It can be challenging to get deep data accuracy on fuel calculations when you drill deep into the data. Limited in the modes that it can be used for in the U.S. freight market. Difficult to scale globally with fuel purchasing varying by country.
Unable to get to the lowest level of data without asking for BTF to share as an adhoc.
Getting the data extracted into our data lake wasn't as quick as we would have liked but that's typically my experience. We are now reviewing doing all of the other global regions as well, but those come at additional costs. We enjoy having the data and we are glad we have it at our fingertips. The FELIX platform does some good basic analysis, but doesn't really allow the flexibility to see some of the things we wanted to see.
