Overall a good edc system but sometimes have trouble reaching support. I prefer the newer Medidata RAVE edc formats over Medidata classic, which can be a little harder to use and less intuitive. The view and format of newer Medidata RAVE is so much easier to see, navigate, and the larger overviews/dropdowns are more helpful.
