Cloudera DataFlow

Cloudera DataFlow is an excellent data movement and processing tool that we use for multiple big data and data pipeline use cases. It works seamlessly with other tools in the Cloudera Data Platform stack and overall meets many of our big data and data integration needs. What works well: The tool is incredibly adaptive within its scope and gives you great flexibility for data integration and connectivity. It allows for the construction of very large data pipelines with relative ease and then executes those workflows seamlessly and performantly. What doesn't work as well: Although DataFlow is capable of basic data transformation, this is not recommended in order to maximize efficiency. It is recommended to execute heavy processing workloads in other engines such as Spark.
