1) Flexibility with a wide array of integrations and interconnectivity with hundreds of systems. 2) Incredibly performant and allows a large amount of data throughput across parallel workflows. 3) Very approachable and simple to use for the average user/non-coder while still providing a large swathe of capabilities.
Distributed:- CDF NiFi can run in multiple nodes or servers and can handle multiple job loads Fast:- In my organization there are more than 2000 flows which is now opening & loading fast in browser GUI:- Canvas designer is a treat. easy to use and very intuitive.
Direct engagement with product team, open discussion, customer care
1) There are no queueing capabilities or ways to protect certain workflows within a single instance or deployment. DataFlow remedies this somewhat with the ability to separate flows into different deployments. 2) Not as performant as other tools for data processing and transformation. 3) DataFlow is still relatively new in the grand scheme of things and there are some features we've requested that have not yet been implemented. However, Cloudera is very receptive to this feedback and has been working hard to remedy any obvious gaps in their products.
old tech:- still uses older NiFi version Needs a separate skill set to use NiFi, not that simple to use for beginners not much up gradable, meaning if using enterprise wise then may be this product will stick for years and is only up gradable up to some level
Traditional NiFi is still based on a single canvas for enabling data pipelines, it is challenging when used as a shared environment by multiple teams.

Cloudera DataFlow is an excellent data movement and processing tool that we use for multiple big data and data pipeline use cases. It works seamlessly with other tools in the Cloudera Data Platform stack and overall meets many of our big data and data integration needs. What works well: The tool is incredibly adaptive within its scope and gives you great flexibility for data integration and connectivity. It allows for the construction of very large data pipelines with relative ease and then executes those workflows seamlessly and performantly. What doesn't work as well: Although DataFlow is capable of basic data transformation, this is not recommended in order to maximize efficiency.
