The high degree of partnership and willingness to work together to address changing business requirements.

What stands them out is their deep knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Solutions and a 360 degree partnership with SAP including product management. Their thought leadership across industries helps us to leverage their expertise as well as influence SAP's roadmap.

It took us some time to gain confidence that CloudPaths were the right fit for our organization. This was more so because we had been burned in the past by other partners. We also really liked the folks at CloudPaths we worked with, to the point where we would delay out activities to work with he same folks again.

Nothing of note - if anything, slight time delays in delivery; however, we realize that is as much on our business side given unclear requirements.

It took them a while to ramp up the account, mostly for offshore (India).
