Unlike the other SaaS in China, Cloudpense provides a flexible platform for us to set up our processes/compliance checkpoints. The function of the compliance check is similar to the Concur, while Cloudpense could not only alert the auditor about the dis-compliance part but also provide a check report of the claims to show all of the checkpoints passed or not. Meanwhile, our business is changeable, the platform is able to respond to our changes with configuration without coding.

I could deal with the claim on my way to office or business trip with mobile phone. Just taking a pic on the invoice notes and submitting the claim. Meanwhile, it easy for me to approve some application also. Before the app, we have to go to the office and open the laptop to deal these things.
For a finance person, analysis is very important to me, thus I would like to do some analytic things based on its BI engine because all of the expense data has been settled down in its system. While the BI engine is not as easy as its platform to use, we have to ask Cloudpense's developers. However, the advisor told me, that the BI part will be iterated soon, and at that time, I could set up the analysis module myself.
Not sufficient function in cell phone APP terminal as in PC terminal.
The app is not easy to use for the new-user, because the app is lack of some guide when I first open the app. I have to read the manual and learn. Also the UI is too simple, it could provide more information like trip schedule.
