My overall experience with Blockchain Coinbase cloud has been generally positive. I started using coinbase for basic crypto details and analysis, however once I started investing time in understanding the infrastructure behind it as complex it is and the reliability required is very challenging. Coinbase does a commendable job in providing reliability and simplifying the crypto related application. .

Understanding blockchain can be very complex if you don't have a nice UI and application however coinbase makes it really easy for an individual, businesses and developers to work with the blockchain. Coinbase has set its wings so wide that if can easily understand and accommodate the needs of any type of user. If you want to scale with ease coinbase is the go-to platform. It's application before ease of use, real-time analysis and guidance on every step on to use and navigate through stuff.

This allows to enable all blockchain transactions as is along with deciding what interactions to expose to end users. We can track and sort wallet activities of users depending on their holdings and periodic wallet activities to provide them with unique user experiences.

As good as the product is, the pricing structure is on the higher side. Not everyone can invest of thinking enrolling for the product without giving a second thought or comparing with other platforms As easy and user friendly the UI is, the more complex it gets when it comes to customizations. You might feel like changing certain things as it would make sense but you won't have an option to do so. Customer support is the weakest and the strongest point of any application, what we have struggled with is complex queries support

Service support can be improved for faster resolution to user queries. It is a new concept that still needs a lot of awareness amongst users.

Coinbase wallet was already a great product for transacting in cryptocurrency and with their cloud platform they have taken everything to a next level. Introducing WaaS (Wallet as a Service) it is definitely going to stay and bring a change in how we deal with cash / currency.
