“Ease of accessing company terminology stands out over interface limitations”
As a maintainer of business logic and data in a very large organization, Collibra has filled the basic requirements - a central location for company metadata, visibility and easy of metadata discovery and company terminology, visibility to data governance policies, and defined "ownership" of data within the company. Owning terms and being able to see the associations of those terms is very interesting and Collibra makes it very easy to see and research. The user interface could use a modern upgrade, but its base functionality is definitely much appreciated by data asset owners and data governance.

Collibra is an excellent source of truth for terms and approved datasets. Workflows are powerful and people follow them. You will need to prepare for the implementation and maintenance of this, but if treated like an actual pipeline you should be good.
