Ability to capture a conceptual model effectively. Incredibly flexible architecture, but you have to know how to deploy it.

Search is weak and frustrating for users. It's not intuitive. Have raised this issue for years without much success. They are slow to engage in product enhancements. Relationship management not great; they seem more interested in selling enhancements.
