Good collaboration with Confluence people, willing to support their customers. It is an active product, with many new releases. Ability to request new features Good quality of the documentation

Pricing, when compared to solutions based on other cloud-vendor components. Confluent could be perceived as expensive, particularly for small to mid-sized organizations. Web UI Experience can sometimes be slow or lacking in customization, especially for large-scale operations.

The premium Splunk connector that simply did not work except for very simple use cases. It required 8 months of confluent support and task force to get it working properly. Many unexpected issues during upgrades, migration from zookeeper to kraft, very time consuming even with professional services.

Sometimes the interface can be laggy, also missing features for cloud providers
