The vulnerability tab has a lot of good content well displayed, the project requirements also feature a lot of details about things.

The flexibility to improve the product as well

Sometimes we receive false positive alerts, which triggers actions from our IT teams. It would be great if the company can improve this.

The Security Expert chat is bad for use, pasting attachments and finding messages. There is no clear place to submit or send evidence from the client/user side, so we send them via Security Expert chat, which makes it hard to keep track of what is attached to what, and leverage what has been done. When using we face many compatibility problems with some browsers, making some things slow or straightup unusable... making the overall experience very frustrating.

Maybe the fact of the product does not has a complete extraction of the results
