Blackboard provides an excellent platform for course design and has many tools that can improve the teaching experience, as well as the learning experience for students. Overall, I am highly satisfied with using blackboard for the design features, organization/navigation tools, achievement tools, easy integration of other software like Softchalk, and the gradebook tools including rubrics and feedback.
