This agent is light weight. This agent only consumes minimal levels of memory and CPU usage. easy to handle the console. We are able to manage the policies' and end points in the dashboard. have a host-based firewall also. We can only allow what traffic will route to the endpoint.

What I like the most about Falcon Shield is the second person who monitors the security gaps 24/7 with us. It will report immediately once the issue has been identified. The best thing is that it will correlate with the endpoint telemetry data and provide the details if the gap has been identified. So the analyst working on this can easily can fix the issue within a short time. In one dashboard we are able to see the gap in the application, the risk of it and the impact on the organisation. We have been using the AI platform recently and it is capable of finding the gaps in that too.
This is cost effective and policy management should be done carefully ti will affect all the endpoints. This is the draw back to me and our org. other wise everything is good in falcon shield
