The looks and the instinctively handling of the platform. You find everything where you expect it to be. Also it is very easy to manage the so called realms (the designated environment you want to apply cyber risk management to).
Good analytics, easy to filter and find. Nice dashboard, allows you to focus on the larger issues easily. Good remidation advice with useful and helpful links.
Their support team will ensure you do not have any assets effected by latest cve's. The asset path and how it directly connected to your enviorment.
The performance. From time to time CyCognito is very slow and it can take a while to search for something. But you can safe your search via its filtering options for later.
Too many links, annoying to keep opening web page after web page to hone in on an issue.
One thing i would like to have incorporated. Is not only have CISA certified cve's (which are great) but also utilize some sort of other media forms of exploits. Typically the latest security vuls come from security researchers and often first seen on twitter.
