Installation on a single client is easy, really fast and can be tailored to specific needs. Mass deployment tools are provided and work really well. The agent is extremely lightweight and comes with many useful tools baked in, allowing cyber security teams to leverage a single tool for more than just basic endpoint protection. The alerts generated in the console are extremely easy to read and understand for everyone, yet there are lots of details available for advanced users that prefer detailed information.
Alert mechanism is good.
All the features offered by Cynet can be implemented easily regardless of the scale and complexity of your organization. There's no cluttered and complicated UI, settings and configurations are exceptionally organized.
The product has really few weak points, although it's being constantly improved. Sometimes when you change the hostname of an endpoint, the web console doesn't register the change, inthead it appears as a new manually installed agent, nothing deal breaking that can't be fixed. When you first install an agent on an endpoint, sometimes in the console its IP appears as 0.0.0.0 for a few minutes, then it fixes with the correct IP. Installation on Linux-based endpoints is quite easy and achieved with a few handy scripts, but reading the documentation is still highly advisable as the installation scripts can be executed without options, or with specific options that may need to be evaluated based on the specific target endpoint to avoid any issues with the agent and its dependencies.
Cyent agents are getting terminated and only start functioning again after a system restart or a reinstallation of Cynet. as per Technical Supports teams finding after anylizing the debug logs, they say Data Execution Prevention is terminating the Cynet service and agent.
There's not much to dislike about the product, but if I have to be nitpicky the graphs in the UI had some problems in the past, although it happened only two times and it was rapidly fixed by customer support. Yes, occasionally the UI can take a few seconds longer than you'd like to load a specific data source, but all things considered it's nothing unbearable. Perhaps the most relevant consideration to be had is this: at the time of writing this review, all the information provided by the UI is easy to find and presented clearly for reading, but it's all split in more than one section of the console. I hope in the future that a dedicated section on the left panel of the UI will be added, where you will find everithing related to XDR and CLM.

Cynet Customer Account managers are very customer focussed and very easy to access. They will help push a support case, escalate if necessary and or arrange calls with support analysts to better explain their approach to a particular issue.
