All the features offered by Cynet can be implemented easily regardless of the scale and complexity of your organization. There's no cluttered and complicated UI, settings and configurations are exceptionally organized.
Alert mechanism is good.
I really like that the team is improving the service a lot adding new functionalities and keeping the console easy to use. The automation and response, even where the console doesn't let to create some automation the team helps creating on back end. It permits to integrate different solutions in order to keep everything under control, even other vendors products.
There's not much to dislike about the product, but if I have to be nitpicky the graphs in the UI had some problems in the past, although it happened only two times and it was rapidly fixed by customer support. Yes, occasionally the UI can take a few seconds longer than you'd like to load a specific data source, but all things considered it's nothing unbearable. Perhaps the most relevant consideration to be had is this: at the time of writing this review, all the information provided by the UI is easy to find and presented clearly for reading, but it's all split in more than one section of the console. I hope in the future that a dedicated section on the left panel of the UI will be added, where you will find everithing related to XDR and CLM.
Cyent agents are getting terminated and only start functioning again after a system restart or a reinstallation of Cynet. as per Technical Supports teams finding after anylizing the debug logs, they say Data Execution Prevention is terminating the Cynet service and agent.
In few cases on low performance endpoints it can slow down endpoints. The mail security section still needs some work to be improved. Everything is managed by groups so if you want to have a functionality only for certain endpoints you need to create a new group because it's not possible to use tags or other ways and this means there might be a huge number of groups

Cynet Customer Account managers are very customer focussed and very easy to access. They will help push a support case, escalate if necessary and or arrange calls with support analysts to better explain their approach to a particular issue. Cynet is a very good XDR tool, I'd put it in the top list of market vendors right now even if is maybe a little less famous. Detection works very well with very limited false positives, deployment is easy and fast, and the management console is complete. They also have many other modules that complete the protection, like web and email filtering, cloud posture, log collection and others
